I'm with you on spiders Dan. I heard a tapping on the window one night and went to investigate. What I saw made my mouth dry and my undies wet. I ran back inside to take a blood pressure pill and grab the camera. This is what I saw . . . .

Next morning, because I couldn't trust my memory, I went out to see if I could find its resting place. After about five minutes I found it up under the eaves. Now bear in mind that the thickness of the timber in this next photo is around 3/4 of an inch. This will give you a pointer to the size of the damn thing, and explain why I had skid marks in my undies as well.
