Hi, I am new to this group. I have just started taking MMS, and have been researching it very thoroughly in forums on the web.

I found a forum post that says if you eat an apple when you take the MMS, it will not make you sick or give you diarrhea. The apple absorbs toxins produced by MMS and prevents the nausea and diarrhea. This is according to Jim Humble himself.

I am on my second dose of 2 drops today. Working slowly upwards. No nausea or sickness, but that must mean the apple works!
