Two different "empty stomach" methods for taking MMS (or any other medicinal concoction): [1]....ok; so yer a little bit hungry; you know you have an empty stomach~~you take the MMS; and maybe within a few minutes, or fairly soon~~you eat. [2nd 'empty stomach method']; ....a bit hungry=empty stomach~~down with the MMS. Only, this time you don't eat; also try to drink minimal or 'no' fluids. I try to go at least 2 hours after taking it, before I eat something. No matter what degree of hunger you had before ingesting the MMS~~you won't have hunger after you drink the mixture down.
Even if you go another couple hours without food. If one will actually experiment around with these different "ways" to ingest the MMS, they will be curious, having to do with 'different'(?) results.
