James, do you think that the New Berlin base and the activity there contributed to the ozone hole in earth's atmosphere that we all worried about in the 1980's. I notice that Edward Teller popped up in one of your posts; he's the atmospheric 'sunscreen' guy, too. It seems to tie in to de-population and aerosol programs.

Also, do you have an estimate of where the psy-op COG-CON facility near Nelson BC is? Does it have a 'cover' name or function? I'd like to find it. This is what I have so far, a vista! (Not much.) I may drive there later this month, if I can.

I do not have the name of the cog-can base in British Columbia. I am still gathering data on this. The place is near Nelson. Probable connections with Banff too.
