Dr Steven Greer is a person whom I think embodies fourth level consciousness. (I wrote about this on my thread) He comes across as passionate, focused articulate. This can sometimes be seen as egotistical but its not, its the confidence of spirit, of a person living and fulfilling his mission, his soul's journey. He had contact from a young age and spent many years meditating and studying before he was fully equipped to answer the call to do what he is doing. I see him as an honourable man of great integrity.
