A New Breed - Satellite Terrorism in North America
My book A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America was based in part on an interview with an FBI agent and a CIA agent familiar with its use. The imaging is indeed X-ray based and the weapons cache includes microwave, particle beam, ultrasound and laser. How satellites power themselves is not classified and can be found at globalsecurity.org. How directed energy is directed in a beam and propagates itself through the atmosphere is classified but information is out there to help you understand the physics involved. The only modality that diverges is ELF wave sound. That is why a target can hear it everywhere they go where there are vibrations around them to finish amplifying the sound. This is slightly different than V2K which is microwave and directed at the skull using laser guidance. That is why victims of V2K will often have burns on the forehead or get basal cell cancer at the point of contact from chronic laser exposure. Laser is light and creates thermal effects even at low intensity over long periods of time. There are also non-thermal effects of laser and other directed-energy weapons. As for directing it in a beam from a satellite, it has to do with creating a plasma channel which takes into account atmospheric changes and adaptive optics which accounts for particulate matter and gaseous changes in the atmosphere. HARRP comes into play in helping with these atmospheric analyses.
