I had a dream once about elephants in flight against the nightsky. I wrote a poem about it:

I had a dream
that left me with an eternal scream.

Circling in the skies
high above the playgrounds with children,
terror flies
happily with birds singing as bombs descend on men and women.

Frozen with uncertainty and fright,
my walk cements the pavement.
The elephants continues flight in obvious delight
til' all life is spent.

With radiation sublime,
I took a final look at the bleeding skyline.
