I really think this general idea has legs...but maybe not in this thread. I feel a bit like a pesky insect which mostly annoys. I feel a bit like John the Baptist...preparing the way. This thread may contain fundamental flaws...but I think that the general idea is sound. But it's going to take some very competent people (Earth Humans and Extraterrestrial Humans) to make this thing work. Namaste Constitutional Responsible Freedom applied to the entire Solar System. Hold that thought.

I'm still interested in hearing support, criticism, and rival ideas. I'm taking this thing both lightly and seriously. This thread is mostly a combination of brainstorming and pre-existing ideas and documents. I'm trying to re-invent the wheel...without re-inventing the wheel.
