I´m interested in activating my pineal gland, so which do you think is better, just plain K2 vitamins.... or Cod Liver Oil, Skate fish liver oil, liquid or capsules...
The sites are great, but i´m quite confused..... which will work best to clear up the poo stored in our pineal gland........?
