Great thread. In addition to suggestions already made, consider getting a nebulizer and a few bottles of colloidal silver. American Biotech Labs is the only company I know of that makes nano-sized 10ppm colloidal silver, and they license it under various trade names: Super Silver; Silver Biotics; ASAP or NaturalCare Silvix3.

Also - allison, a natural extract of garlic, has excellent anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Good stuff to have on hand.
