A good idea, and can be used to influence many things.
But first you must consider.. somethings are outside the realms of influence through positive intent.
For instance, by using this method with a group of people.. try moving the moon out of its orbit.
Because this is what we may very well have to face in the near future. A cellestial event.
The government have not built thousands of miles of underground tunnels as a play ground for giant gerbils.
The government has not built a 'doomsday' seed vault in norway to store fishfingers and frozen peas.
Positive intent just cannot change some things. If it could then im pretty sure the governemnt would not have built all these underground bases and other 'precautionary' survival structures.
