I have been utilising a meditation when bathing that requires you to imagine the water clearing away any attachments. I have done this for 3 weeks and yesterday detected a small creature on my shoulder. When i focused the cleansing energy upon it the creature moved/crawled down my back and clung. It was black and seemed somewhet messy. I got the impression that it was addicted to some part of my life. Today i tried to focus upon it and remove it without luck. As i write i can now feel it along my middle back holding on to my shoulders. Can anyone help?
