The following note explains the parallel symbolism between the
Revelation of John and the cartoon
Sleeping Beauty, by Walt Disney. I suggest the reader watch the videos very carefully:
The ‘War of the Sons of Light against the Company of the Sons of Darkness’ is a war at the level of consciousness between the 2-dimensional ‘flat’ space “observing consciousness” Created ‘by and in the image of God’ (
Genesis 1:27), and the ‘fallen’ consciousness; a 3-dimensional ‘curved’-space consciousness originating in the ‘movement’ of self-reflection (symbolized by the “serpent” in Chapter 3 of
Genesis and the “dragon” in Chapter 12 of the
Revelation of John), and consisting of the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil” (
Genesis 3:5-6)/“beast of the sea” (
Revelations 13:1) consciousness of the “self”, and the “beast of the earth” (
Revelations 13:11) consciousness of the ‘thinker’; the symbolism of which is significantly expanded upon in Walt Disney’s

The “rider on the white horse” (
Revelations 6:1), carrying “a sword” (
Revelations 19:11 &15), and wearing a ‘red cape’ (
Revelations 19:13) is symbolized at time segment 1:10.
The staircase winding around a stone tower (symbolizing the Tower of Babel:

occurs at time segment 2:03-2:05.
The two-horned (
Revelations 13:11) Maleficent, dressed in black (
Revelations 6:5) and representing the consciousness of the ‘thinker’, is symbolized at time segment 2:23-2:25 and 2:57-2:59.
The ‘thinker’ (theologians) casts its spell upon the castle (Revealed Truth) by surrounding it with the black clouds and the thorns of thought (theology) at time segment 2:41-2:55.
And, when the “rider on the white horse” gets through the thorns of thought, the ‘thinker’(theologians) says: “It cannot be” at time segment 3:28-3:30.
At that point, there is a sharp discontinuity and time-
reversal of the consciousness of the ‘thinker’ into a
counter-clockwise spinning wheel of fire at time segment 3:30-3:33 symbolizing the “self” (see, also, the opening passages of the
Second Meditation of Descartes and
Revelations 13:1); thereafter, at time segment 3:44-3:55, being transformed into the “dragon”; the screen going completely yellow, the color of fear (which is the color of the Third Church—
Revelations 2:13) at time segment 3:44; the color of the “dragon” being purple, the color of rage.
The “dragon” then breathes fire which burns up even the thoughts of the ‘thinker’, at time segment 4:22-4:27, signifying the destruction of the meaning of words as a principal
modus operandi of the “dragon” consciousness (
Revelations 13:11).
After having killed the “dragon”, the “sword of Truth” changes color from white to black (“As high as the heavens are above the earth are My thoughts above your thoughts.”—
Isaiah 55:9) at time segment 5:15; while, having accomplished its task, the horse is no longer white at time segment 5:16-5:23; the symbol of Truth having shifted from the horse and the sword to Sleeping Beauty, in the same manner in which the ‘thinker’-Maleficent morphs into a counter-clockwise spinning wheel of fire and, then, the “dragon”.
And, of course, the prince’s kiss of Sleeping Beauty is, because She is asleep, a
Stolen Kiss:

in which time segments 0:57-59, 2:23-2:24 and 2:26-2:28 represent the Vision of the “Son of man” (“the queen of the south”—
Luke 11:31, as an expansion upon the symbolism of
Daniel 11); the
writing of which Revelation is signified by time segment 1:06-1:09, and the
reading of which Revelation is signified by time segment 1:47-1:48.
