I hear you. If you are interested in starting ground crew, I've got some experience I'd be willing to share it with you. There are many of us who have been very proactive, I would welcome a PM from you and would love to help in any way I can. Though I work in the Pacific Northwest, we have space and a place if you ever come out our way.
