yup; that is what immigration is all about
it pushes up the values of real estate - since, all the people need homes
however, i'll bet, if they shipped them all, to one particular city
and, as, an experiment let them govern themselves,
they'd likely make a very beautiful city
trouble is,
once they find out about politics, and, greed
and, churches, etc.,
they'd likely turn it into another ugly city
it seems like someone, must have their eyes; on africia,
and, are hoping to export,
what could be a potential problem for them
such a sad world, we live in
