If it helps in the digestion process, I can give you the most recent sources of inspiration that I've found useful to me. The last few months have been a real barn burner for me. I've been enjoying some really resonant (for me) audio recordings of Channelings lately.
The ones which provide the highest frequency which I'm yet able to "contact" are those coming from the 9th dimensional Pleiadian collective which is channeled by Wendy Kennedy. I can't recommend these recordings highly enough. The sources are Wendy's website,

Not much Channeled work passes the discernment filter, but Wendy's work does for me. It has that "out of time" quality and the love and compassion is unmistakeable. It's become a real challenge to hang onto any hate, fear, judgement, polarized views, etc since absorbing these works, that I'm hardly the same person after a short period of time.
I can't recommend this work enough. It's taken me about a half dozen listenings each to really have it sink in and become digested, but it's so easy while listening, because the communication is direct being to being.
I also find it helpful to download and edit the recordings to omit all the advertising, as I find that lowering of the frequency a bit like a wet blanket after Listening to the channeling.
