ah swanny, that was touching... she may have also left as her part to help you grow. just a thought. when my mother died, alot of things changed for me too.

RAREHEART, good to meet you. yes, it's quite a challenge to "choose" what we want to focus on, to be in the moment, the kind of moment we want. the distractions are easier to focus on often bec. you don't have to truly take responsibilty for your life, laziness in a way. i guess an excuse to not "feel" good, to feel joyful.

i just got a visual of the matrix when he's at the hallway w many doors on both sides. which one do we choose? choosing a door will lead to a different reality.
