Hello Paul.t. You may want to research a man named Bill Williams. He built a joe cell for his truck a few years ago but was thwarted by the authorities threatening him to halt his work or face severe consequences.
The geet system looks interesting. I'm not an expert in that field so I don't have an opinion of it. I've seen a few videos of a working geet engine and it looks interesting.
