I have have limited success on myself, but have experienced wonders with my young children. As 14 and 16 year old teenage girls they have their share of issues. Tapping has really helped them. The older girl had test anxiety. EFT helped considerably. Both girls get tension headaches and I perform EFT on them and often the headache competely disappears before I'm through with the first round of tapping. EFT works.
