The choice is not between town water or distilled water where we live. We have no choice but to collect rainwater from our roof. This is the most flavoursome water I have ever come across as it contains residue from bird and possum droppings, gum tree leaves (full of eucalyptus), dead insects, dust from desert winds (natural minerals), ash from forest fires and lots of other stuff that floats, flies and falls from things like planes,
helicopters and UFOs that cruise around our skies. This water is absolutely chock full of nutrients so we don't have to take vitamin pills or any of those sort of dietary supplements.
We use less tea and coffee than most folk because the water has flavour to spare.
