Go for it!! I can't believe I forgot about this. Now I'm really intrigued..

It's funny how this thread about what's looking like a hoax call (even if the PTB didn't realise it at the time) reminded me of this other potientially significant caller.

At the time it seemed really nuts, but that was like 1996. Looking at things from a contemporary perspective, they might not be so nuts.

Or maybe the guy WAS nuts... but lets see what people think!
