With regard to the point you mentioned, it is a 'loophole' situation in many cases. If something is presented in a fictionalised manner, one could insert any number of truths, half truths, disinfo, programming keys, esoteric symbolism etc etc etc, all under the umbrella of plausible deniability (negative and/or positive).
