Why wouldn't they be here.
Heck they can monitor our cell phone calls, land calls, watch us from satelites, road and city cameras, someone even mentioned they are putting cameras into new HD tv sets.
So why wouldn't they moniter this!
Thanks to who asked what PTB meant. I didn't know either. As Jesse Ventura says "there are no stupid questions". Chances are that if you ask a question someone else is wondering also.
