Named after a 15th Century painter who liked exotic colours, smoked salmon on a bed of salad leaves
served with lemon.
Chicken Teriyaki
Skewered Chicken in a sweet Teriyaki sauce with salad garnish
Avocado Stilton
Local avocado filled with Stilton, oven roasted and splashed with port
Prawn Cocktail

The old favourite - Prawns served in a Marie Rose Sauce

Breaded Mushrooms

Served with Chefs delicious garlic dip

Fillet of Pork de Roquefort
In 1411 the French king signed a charter granting the inhabitants of Roquefort Sur Soulzon the monopoly of curing cheese as it had been done in the caves of the afore said village since time immemorial. A trio of medallions of pork fillet pan fried and topped with Roquefort sauce
Duck A la Orange (3E supplementary)
Crispy duck breast flamed in Grand Marnier and covered in a cognac orange demi glace sauce
Chicken Tarragon
Breast of chicken flamed in Pernod finished with fresh cream and tarragon
Rib Eye Steak (2E supplementary)
Rib Eye Steak pan fried and served under a peppercorn cream sauce or a roquefort sauce or just plainly grilled to your taste
Sole
Sole cooked in Garlic butter
Lamb Shank (5,00E supplementary)
Tender lamb shank in a red wine and mint gravy a must for lamb lovers - our speciality!
