not sure about anyone else, but i've never needed to rely on any type of meditations or incantations.
I speak freely to spirits. I'm aware when they are around.
If I prefer their presence to subside, i simply tell them they are dead. leave me alone. go to the light....for me, it's always worked.
simple, yes. as long as you believe what you speak, they almost always listen.
(this is my own personal experience. everyone has their own, unique way of dealing with their spirituality, therefore, go with what you feel is right.)
