Hello,

This was an attack from the typical British euro skeptic positions. I understand it.
The President of EU is not the real target to be treated like this, he is quite modest and honorable man, a poet too, elected as compromise solution. Also, he won the position against the British tendency to put their man on that position.
If this is a kind of revenge, than it is sad. Nothing is black&white in the politics.
I like the energy of this speech, but as I said - wrong target.
