Ayn Rand endorses and promotes service-to-self ideals. When I read her stuff years ago I was revolted by them, and now I understand why, because that is not my orientation at all.

I now have learned that she was mistress to a prominent illuminati leader, so it makes sense. I could never understand why people thought her books were so great, they are filled with selfish egomaniacal people who think they can do anything they want and don't care if their actions hurt others.
