The Moon... was it put here on purpose?
I would have to answer yes.
After many years of research (decades) and having spent the past few years researching our solar system and astronomy, I've found many anomalies.
Planets rotating on their side.
So called moons going the wrong way. Some even so out of alignment with the solar plane you have to wonder at their parking abilities.
There is so much more that NASA, ESA, JAXA, and all the other space exploration agencies have covered over, air brushed out, and failed to bring to our attention than even Hoagland probably realizes.
Personally I think that many of these smaller solar system bodies could be destroyed space constructs.
