Just a question...Do you think that black govts. would place a bidder in there with unlimited black proj. funds and place the highest bid to snap up this technology that they prob. already have anyway to keep it from the public domain?This is how it's worked for decades if not longer.Hope this doesn't happen obviously but never underestimate the dark side.
