To me it represents a growth process in four stages. First the two seeds, the circle and the square, are planted into the two rows of soil. Then water and air are added to the land in a tattered, uneven manner in order to break the ridged, structured nature of the geometric objects. The result is a garden--a world where nature is free and limited human concepts are nonexistent--the place we all want to be.
