The hyperdimensional geometry of the earth is currently in a 3d format. There will be a shift to 4d format probably sometime in early 2011, then on the famous date in 2012 every dimension in the universe will move up one as a result of the entire universe making an evolutionary leap pushing Earth to 5d. That is the end of the greatest cycle, the 16.4 billion year long cycle as depicted in the Mayan Long Count.
You are right that the earth and everyone on it is already at higher dimensional frequencies, we are just talking from the perspective of our consciousness how we "might" perceive it. Things get so strange once in the inverted time domain of the 4th dimension that we will probably have a much more advanced understanding of it there just because we are no so far away from it.
