If your daughter is old enough to deal with a bit of violence, it's not gory or anything but death is not glossed over.
I would take her to see it.
The portrayal of an aboriginal culture in harmony with their planet is treated with what I believe to be a fair amount of respect.
They are not push over's by any means though, so don't expect to be disappointed in that regard. They are warriors indeed!!!
