Thank you for noticing eXchanger:

Well the hand from what I can remember was long and light in color..

The crystal, was about about 4 to 5 inches long and looked as though the colors changed with each note.

And at the same time I felt there was more then one presence with the one holding the crystal, but at the same time just the one entity.

Thank you so much for helping me remember, wasn't thinking about that when I wrote my book.
