I fully agree no planes for Shanksville & Pentagon. For planes to have hit the WTCs then they would most certainly have to be smaller planes. The only reason for lack of parts at the WTC if there were planes were the same reason you gave for the weapons used. Scalar or some other weapon could have turned the evidence to dust just like most of the building.
I am coming round to the idea but I think if 2 buildings turn mostly to dust the planes could have too
