This is one of the best books I've read about aliens, the revelations are amazing and are in accord with some researchers.
Imagine for a moment if the majority of humanity arouse their consciousness and the memory of their past lives, the elite would have to pack their bags and go to enslave another world. All of our problems, will drastically be reduced.
For me one of the ways to wake up your consciousness and remember your past lives is the Kundaliny and meditation.
