Thank you for the detailed reply. This makes sense, as beans do have
alot of carbs in addition to the protein.
I understand they can also present challenges for those battling
Candida.

This is interesting, because I had my blood tested about a year ago
and found out that I was also type A. At that time I replaced alot of the
meat and animal protein in my diet with plant based foods. Since then,
my health had improved a great deal. I have made alot of other changes
as well, but this was significant.
On topic, I have had coconut oil recommended by a good friend that
does health consulting and I have recently started putting it in my morning
fruit smoothies-which is why this thread caught my eye.
There are no coincidences!
