Well - By Bombarding an Element in the correct way - In Zero Grav - It allows what is not normally allowed on Earth.

I know eh ? We were told Elements are Elements due to the fact that They just exist and always have in Their pristine state.

With that said - It should make You wonder why THEY call this New one an Element. Suspicious eh ? And with THEM calling it a new Element - You should finally be getting It that Elements can also be created from other Elements to create a Third - New Element...

This is an example of Outer Doctrine versus Inner Doctrine - That is - There is what They tell Us to believe and there is what They know to be the actual Truth.

More often than not and increasingly so - We're told the Outer Doctrine Truth while Its evident that theres an Inner Doctrine of Alternate Truth being practised by Them.
