Hi Antaletriangle,
Whilst I admire Dr Greer for his stance on disclosure, I was a little disapointed in this last post of his.
The important document that he 'released' is a widely publicised letter in response to a short paper about "Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War".
It was a view by a Julianne McKinney ex-military and at that time director of a company called Strategic Studies Institute (no longer exists).
What Dr. Greer forgot to publish was the other six pages and the cover letter, part of which says:
"I read your _Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War_ with great interest. Noting that you encourage discussion and debate on this subject (and presuming that the average U.S. citizen is not to be excluded from these discussions and debates), I would like to comment on this paper."
Repeat: "presuming that the average U.S. citizen is not to be excluded from these discussions".
There is nothing secret here, nor is it an official secret plan to invade the world with false alien attacks, just an idea of an individual in response to a short paper.
You can find other documents and letters from Julianne McKinney a lot more interesting from the following link:

Happy reading!
Best regards,
Steve
