Good question. It shows how to manipulate the release of information. When you search YouTube for videos pertaining to your search criteria is generally finds the ones with high rankings. When you front load the rankings with a 5 star you get the video at the top of the list. In addition, many disinformation specialists from different agencies purposely 5 star and post videos that are designed to have a very small amount of truth and the rest total BS. They want these videos first. The agencies also mark down with 1 star the videos that hit to close to home. If the video is right on then they remove the video all together. One great example of this is the Video "Zeitgeist the Movie". The point of this post is to illustrate how the video producer will "frontload" the video so people see it first. Be weary of this tactic. You want to see posts where the actual user decides what is good or what is not. If the ratings are disabled then it might be worth a look because they are aware from experience that others and even in some cases agencies will purposely rate the video lower to get them off the top 3 pages of the search.
