Misleading article in my view

"£7bn salary and bonus package"

SALARY, you cant avoid paying people their salary. 443 x £3 million is less than £1.4bn plus maybe £1.5bn to share between 10,000 is £150,000 each I believe. Thats a total od 2.9bn as i see it. Way less than the 7 billion spoke of in the article. Unless ive missed something there are worse stories out there
