if so, good for him. i can't help but laugh when people say iran is actually a threat. first of all, if they want to develop nuclear weapons (which i don't believe they have any intentions of doing. that part of history is over) then more power to them. every country has that right.

secondly, even if they do acquire WMDs, it's not as though they will actually use them against the US. any country realizes that this sort of attack against the US is suicide. we would blow them out of the water and completely destroy their entire country. no country is that stupid.

finally, the idea that we shouldn't talk with 'enemies' (again, iran is not our enemy) is living in a fantasy world. does the phrase 'keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer' ring a bell?
