I was thinking. If they are top brass why are the still using conventional aircraft when they have this high speed inter-continental train system? They could use that to meet up in secret and we would never know. Also the big blatant airforce planes kinda give it away when they could just use unmarked planes. Its almost like their putting on a show. They had to have known that this would leak out.
They could also just be meeting up for a cup of tea and a chat and we've all lost our marbles.
