I am too a little surprised that this is on Wilcox's site. This is very similar to a method called Quan Yin by Suma Ching Hai and Light and Sound mediation by Sant Mat . You are basically accessing the pineal gland through your third eye or wisdom chakra. Isn't meditation the most awesome thing? I love this site!!!
