I would caution all practicioners of Tantra, and those who are experiencing the medatative orgasms to consider some of the writings and videos of Barbara Marciniak and others (beyond David Wilcock).
On the one hand I say, beware uninvited, spontaneous orgasmic experiences - especially during meditation or dreams - as there may be "things" in these experiences that are not positive, but can be lasting.
On the other hand, never look a gift horse in the mouth, or I guess in this case, the genitals. A free orgasm is a free orgasm, eh?
My point, however, is that the type you are experiencing may not be free.
