What a wonderful thread. As I read through I feel very calm. I am in Michigan. The fall colors are beautiful. I have been feeling quite hopeless lately, but visiting Avalon is bringing my spirits up. I know we have the power to uplift each other, and all of us as a whole. Thanks for the reminder. ps- steam distilled bottled water is ultra pure (via vapor compression still). RO, filtered, etc are classified as pure, but the standards aren't high enough in my opinion.
