Sky Otter, this was not intended to scare anyone! But I do believe we must be informed and vigilant if this would take effect. (This article is already all over the web now). This should not be of a great surprise due to our current situation. But, we DO have control over how we react to it and NOT give away our power by giving into the FEAR!.

I am a firm believer that we can and will create our reality and outcome.
