Yes cover the herbs with the ACV. Because the herbs are dry some of them will "float" on top, go ahead and stir, or just put on the jar lid and shake, I put it in a dark cupboard, and shake it up/around every week or so, at the end of 6 weeks, strain the liquid , and squeese out the herbs to get any extra luquid from them as well. Bottle and store in a cool dark place.

It is a good source of healing energies as all the herbs have Strong medicine.
