It's like saying "we agree to the implementation of FREEDOM as long as it does not disrupt SLAVERY".

Ya can't have it both ways. Once free energy is implemented somewhere, the gig is up, the cat's out of the bag, the game is over.

I don't know how this will all unfold, but if Fulford can get his proverbial "foot in the door" on free energy, no matter what the wording or intentions of the agreement, that would be wonderful.
