You are quite right Steve.... it’ll be the common mans blood spilt. As it has always been. Certain conflicts the common man feels justifiable in taking arms... without coercion to do so. These conflicts often favour support from their allies, as seen in the report above. The support of Allies is a concept open to both parties.
