I did tried it ,but managed it do only 10 minuts with conconut oil.
In the begining it was oily ,but afther 10 minuts it was to mutch water.

my health is very good I only weigh around 65kg with a lenght of 1.86m
The only thing I've to do is to remove all the heavy metals and my health will improve.

What I mostly add to my menu is this ,but not allways everyhting. Some times some of the herb I just take when I feel when I need some of them.

(Juicer and blender in use some times)

Also I ferment green tea using kombucha for detox

Schindele's minerals and Zeolite for detox for heavy metals
DMSO to clear out the pineal gland from calcification which is alll most empty now.

And avoiding washing my self and clothing with any poisonness stuff
